FCC Angkor, managed by Avani (www.avanihotels.com/angkor-siem-reap) has teamed up with Angkor Travel Photography to curate An Angkor Photo Tour Package for visitors to experience authentic Siem Reap and its Angkor Temples in an immersive, personal photography tour to secret locations in Siem Reap. The photographic workshops are led by one of three professional photographers; Régis Binard, Alessandro Vannucci and Chris Cusick, all of whom have lived in Cambodia for many years and are able to conduct tours in French, English or Italian. They happily share their insider knowledge with travellers eager to capture the allure of Cambodia.
Guests will learn to hone their photography skills while exploring Angkor Temples and Siem Reap, discovering sights rarely seen through typical tours. The package includes a full 2-day tour featuring ‘Secrets of Angkor’ and ‘Unseen Cambodia’. Guests will avoid the crowds at the main temples with the ‘Secrets of Angkor’ tour, exploring lesser known temples that are not often visited but are just as majestic. Photographers can take their time without worrying about others wandering into the frame and taking shots that not many others will have the opportunity to. ‘Unseen Cambodia’ takes guests through daily rituals of village life, from visiting a monastery, to watching noodles being made by hand, to accepting hospitality at a floating village on the Tonle Sap Lake.
The photographic experts from Angkor Travel Photography are also able to provide a workshop on reviewing and processing images should you wish to make use of this service however it is excluded in the package price.
