Pool Party in Quy Nhon

This month’s edition on Saturday 25 July 2026 introduces Phạm Tiến Tiếp, Founder & Creative Director of Nê Cocktail Bar in Hanoi and one of Vietnam's most respected bartenders.

During his career, Tiếp developed his signature approach to cocktail creation by blending international techniques with distinctly Vietnamese ingredients and flavours. He became the Diageo Reserve World Class Vietnam Champion in 2012 with his award-winning Phở Cocktail, which has become one of the country's most recognized modern cocktails, and putting Vietnam firmly on the map of the global bar scene.

In 2017, Tiếp founded Nê Cocktail Bar in Hanoi's Old Quarter and it quickly gained recognition as one of Vietnam's leading cocktail destinations, featuring frequently on Asia's top bar lists. Nê is known for its innovative use of local ingredients, traditional spices and cultural narratives, transforming familiar Vietnamese flavours into contemporary drinking experiences.

In association with Rượu Làng, a local premium craft rice spirit, he will be bringing his creativity to Quy Nhon crafting flavour combinations that highlight the heritage and culture of the region including tomato seaweed syrup, Cilantro-infused spirit and his famous Pho cocktail syrup.

Hang out by the pool with striking ocean views, a funky ambiance, plenty of refreshing world-class cocktails and DJ entertainment to while away the afternoon.

Entrance ticket: complimentary for in-house guests and VND 190,000 per person for walk-in guests, including one drink. BBQ menus are sold separately
