Perfect location, great room, ease of access to rooms, restaurant was good but food allergies and intolerances were not clearly identified, ingredients such as cream in scrambled eggs, onion in some dishes not discovered until consumed and was not indicated on menu.

The hotel is spectacular with 35 floors and 10/10 staff. Special mention to the Taiwanese receptionist who is there in the mornings, who gave me one of the best rooms in the hotel on the 35th floor with spectacular views of North Melbourne. Super spacious and equipped with everything, kitchen, washer, dryer, microwave, oven, utensils, iron... Spectacular and super comfortable bed... In short, a true marvel of a hotel. One of the best I have ever stayed in.
