Guest Information
Parking: Onsite parking is limited and must be pre-booked with Reception at $25 per night (1 car per apartment, subject to availability). If unavailable, public parking is available on Hensman Road or Andrews Road (opposite the main driveway). These spaces are not affiliated with the resort and availability is limited.
Shuttle Service: A complimentary shuttle runs between the resort and Queenstown. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please contact Reception for the current schedule.
Facilities Update: Final works on the building attached to complex Block 3 are to be completed by the end of September, 2026. The gym, sauna and spa will also reopen from 1 October, 2026.

Is parking available at Avani Queenstown Hotel?
Yep, it is! Parking is available for $25 per night, but you’ll need to book it directly with Reception. We can only offer one parking spot per apartment, and it depends on availability.
If parking is fully booked, you’ll need to sort out off-site parking, but no worries! There’re options nearby. Public parking can be found along Hensman Rd and Andrews Rd, just across from the main Avani Queenstown Hotel driveway. Keep in mind these are public roads, not managed by us and spaces aren’t guaranteed. The area is uphill, so you may wish to allow a little extra time when arriving or departing.
Does Avani Queenstown Hotel have a balcony?

Our hotel is near Queenstown Airport, around a 15 minute drive, so you’ll be settling in almost as soon as you land. Taxis and rideshare services are available outside the terminal, and car hire is a great option if you’re planning to explore more of the region during your stay.
Driving yourself? Simply follow State Highway 6 towards Queenstown, then take the turn towards Frankton Road along the lake. Easy, scenic, and you’ll be here before you know it.
