• Only dogs and cats are allowed. Please contact us for more information on whether other types of pets are permitted.
• Pets are allowed to stay only in the Avani Pool Villa.
• Pets should be non-aggressive and well-socialised with other animals and people.

• Guests must bring up-to-date vaccination certificates for their pets, in line with local laws and regulations of the country where the hotel or resort is located. Please contact us for further information.
• Guests are responsible for organising their pet’s crate whenever needed
• It is the pet owner’s responsibility to obtain the necessary import documentation and provide appropriate transport crates. The pet fee does not cover additional charges for any damages or extra cleaning required due to soiled linens, flooring, or furniture.
• Pet owners are responsible to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of any waste in the provided dedicated bins.
• Dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the guest rooms except during main mealtimes. Cats can be left alone in guest rooms, but owners must ensure proper behaviour during their absence.
• Pets are not permitted in any shared pools, the fitness centre, spa, or meeting rooms.
• A designated dog-walking area will be indicated upon check-in.
• A dedicated pet menu is available should you wish to order gourmet cuisine for your dog.
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax.
• Rates quoted are per room per night, including maximum discount, subject to availability, seasonal variations, a cancellation policy and change without notice.
• A 100% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and is non-exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
