Pet Guidelines

• Pets are not allowed to stay alone in the room, except during breakfast hours, lunch and dinner. It will be necessary to provide a contact telephone number and be reachable within the hotel.
• Cats can be left alone in your room, but you must be responsible for their behaviour and not causing damage. Otherwise, it cannot be left alone and free in the room.
• If you need to leave your pet alone, it is necessary to call reception to arrange the cleaning time of your room. In this case, you must make use of the pet hanger, placing it on the doorknob when leaving so that the hotel staff will not enter the room.
• Pets are not allowed to be in Wellness areas (spa, gym and swimming pool)
• Pets access in Food & Beverage areas depends on each hotel and local regulations. Guests can consult it with the hotel before the reservation.
• The use of the dog leash is mandatory in common areas of the hotel.
• Any damage caused by the animal will be the responsibility of the owner and a charge will be made to the credit card for the replacement of the damaged object.
• In case of noise or inconvenience caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to expel the client and the pet.
• The pet is not allowed to use the bath or showers of the rooms.
• It is not allowed to use the towels or sheets for cleaning the animal.
• Only dogs and cats are allowed, with a maximum of two per room. Each pet must weigh no more than 25kg. This does not apply to service animals.

• The rate quoted is per room per night and includes applicable discounts. The rate may vary based on seasonality and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Currency conversions are for reference only. Charges will be in the hotel’s official currency at check-out.
