We had a truly fantastic stay! We had a great time in every respect and, if we were to return to Dubai, we would definitely choose this property again. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, but above all everything was always very clean and taken care of down to the smallest detail. Every day we found the room perfectly tidy, a sign of a truly attentive and precise cleaning service. A special mention absolutely goes to the cuisine, which for us was one of the highlights of the stay. We chose the breakfast and dinner package and were fully satisfied. We ate like royalty! A big compliment to chef Luca, who managed to create a close-knit and well-organized work team. You can see that there is a team behind it that works well together and this is reflected both in the quality of the food and in the service. The dining room staff was also always kind, helpful and professional, helping to make every meal a pleasant moment. The gym, well-equipped and pleasant to use, and the sauna, an excellent addition for relaxing after a day spent around Dubai, were also much appreciated. Another great plus is definitely the location. The property is very convenient for getting around, with the subway practically twenty meters from the hotel exit! A huge advantage for visiting the city and reaching the various attractions without having to constantly depend on taxis or other means of transport. Even for daily travel, everything is very simple, thanks to the connections and services available in the area. Finally, a positive note for all the staff: we found kind, helpful people who were always ready to assist. It is precisely the overall attention that makes the difference and makes you feel at ease during your stay. In conclusion, a truly excellent experience, with a fantastic room, impeccable cleanliness, top-tier cuisine, very valid services, and a strategic location.
