DOGGIE WEEKEND

BEFORE YOU BOOK, CHECK OUT OUR PET POLICY:

• My pet’s vaccinations are up to date and he or she is free of fleas and ticks.
• My pet is not aggressive and is well socialized with other animals and people.
• I agree to clean up after my pet and properly dispose of any waste in the metal bin provided.
• I understand that housekeeping will not enter my villa if my pet is left unattended inside.
• My pet will be on a leash with a maximum length of six feet or kept in a carrier at all times when we are outside the villa.
• I am aware that an additional charge will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. I also agree that the conditionof the Pool Villa
  upon my departure will be determined solely at the management’s discretion.
• As a pet owner, I am responsible for any disturbances my pet may cause to other guests staying at Avani+ Hua Hin.
• The hotel is not liable for any injury suffered to my pet while on hotel premises.
• I accept full responsibility for any liability arising from my pet, including damage or personal injury to the hotel, hotel staff,
  guests, any third party, or property.
• I acknowledge that I have read the hotel’s pet-friendly policies and procedures. I understand that I may be responsible for
additional fees if any damage, excessive noise, or flea infestation occurs during my stay.

BY BOOKING A DOGGIE WEEKEND YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• A maximum of two (2) dogs/cats is allowed per Pool Villa.
• Dogs/cats must weigh 15 kilos or less to be considered small sized and
  between 16 and 35 Kilos to be considered large sized.
• The above fee does not include additional charges for any damages or
  extra cleaning of soiled linens, flooring, or furniture.
• Dogs/cats are not allowed in any of the hotel’s bars, indoorrestaurants,
  shared pools, fitness center, spa, or meeting rooms.
• The designated dog/cat walking area will be indicated upon check-in.
• Dogs/cats must be under their owner’s care at all times and never left
  unattended in hotel areas or in the villa.
• A dedicated pet menu will be available should youwish to order gourmet
  cuisine for your dog/cat.
