Inspired by the Coral Sea that graces our shores, Cora reimagines Mediterranean cuisine with a bold, playful twist and a distinctly Australian spirit, honouring the land, sea, and local makers. Led by acclaimed Executive Chef Tapos Singha, our cuisine is elevated to align with our food philosophy—emphasising premium quality to masterfully delight the palate whilst nourishing the body and soul.
Cora’s coastal-inspired design, originally crafted by Paul Kelly, mirrors the beauty of the Gold Coast. The space offers a social restaurant dining experience in a relaxed yet stylish setting, with timber ceilings reminiscent of the Coral Sea’s waves and expansive windows flooding the room with natural light. Natural materials and finishes create a bright, airy atmosphere where indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly, capturing the essence of coastal luxury.
