- The quoted price is per package, based on twin occupancy, and is subject to availability, seasonal variations, blackout dates, child policies, cancellation policies, and changes without notice.
- A 100% non-refundable payment is required 30 days in advance.
- A minimum stay of 6 consecutive nights is required, consisting of at least 1 night at Avani+ Luang Prabang or Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane and a minimum of 5 nights on Bohème by Mekong Kingdoms.
- The above benefits may not be combined with any other offer or exchanged for other services or cash.
- A 50% deposit is required at booking (non-refundable), with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, or no-shows, will incur a 100% penalty charge.
