The check in and check out processes are quite horrible. Make sure you keep every receipt and communication you have with the hotel. Make sure you conclude the check-out process the night before you check out just to be safe. The food is good though. Overall experience was not good.

The hotel and facilities are good and beautiful and the view from the room beautiful. However, the people are not very friendly, and the food are not tasty. Warm breakfast already cold when you dish up.
