- A minimum stay of 6 consecutive nights is required, consisting of at least 1 night at Avani+ Luang Prabang and a minimum of 5 nights on Bohème by Mekong Kingdoms Cruise.

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of cancellation, the booking must be canceled at least 30 days before arrival to avoid a late cancellation charge.
