Our Three Bedroom Penthouse Apartment sits at 130 sqm with two balconies looking out over Lake Wakatipu. There are two fully equipped kitchens for groups who like things done their way, plus underfloor heating, a gas fireplace and inclusive WiFi throughout.

For a group of up to 6 and the ability to configure rooms with 1 king 4 singles or 2 kings 2 singles or 3 kings, it's a proper Queenstown stay. The kind you talk about on the way home.

Guest Information

Parking: Onsite parking is limited and must be pre-booked with Reception at $25 per night (1 car per apartment, subject to availability). If unavailable, public parking is available on Hensman Road or Andrews Road (opposite the main driveway). These spaces are not affiliated with the resort and availability is limited.

Shuttle Service: A complimentary shuttle runs between the resort and Queenstown. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please contact Reception for the current schedule.

Facilities Update: Final works on the building attached to complex Block 3 are to be completed by the end of September, 2026. The gym, sauna and spa will also reopen from 1 October, 2026.
