- The competition starts on Thursday, 1 October 2020 at 00:00 hours (GMT+7) and ends on Thursday, 31 December 2020 at 23:59 hours (GMT+7).
- Avani Hotels & Resorts does not accept any liability for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The competition is open to Entrants over the age of 18 years with public Instagram profiles (private profile entries will not be accepted), except employees of Minor International PCL and anyone otherwise connected with the judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
- By entering the competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agree that their submission will be publicly shared and may be reproduced for any purpose at any time.
- By entering the competition, Entrants grant permission to Avani Hotels & Resorts to use Entrants' photos in promotional literature, websites and social channels.
- By entering the competition, winners consent to Avani Hotels & Resorts using their image, name and/or photograph in any related publicity without further compensation.
- Criteria for entering the competition
- Entrants can enter multiple images.
- All images must be original, and Entrants must be the sole author and owner of the copyright. Computer-generated images will not be accepted.
- Any image deemed misleading or belonging to another person will be invalid and any prize awarded to any person involved will further be invalid. Avani Hotels & Resorts does not accept any responsibility in this instance.
- Avani Hotels & Resorts does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images.
- All images must be submitted through Instagram with the #SanookSnap tag.
- To participate in the contest, Entrants must follow the @avani_hotels Instagram account.
- Photos can only be edited on mobile-based apps but cannot be altered on desktop applications.
- Winning submissions will be selected based on best content that meets all the criteria against all submissions that comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- About Competition Prizes
- All winners will be informed via direct message on Instagram.
- Winners will also be publicly announced every Wednesday at 17.00 hours (GMT+7) starting from Wednesday, 14 October 2020 through Avani Hotels & Resorts’ social media channels.
- The Grand Prize winner will be publicly announced on Wednesday, 13 January 2021 at 17:00 hours (GMT+7) through Avani Hotels & Resorts’ social media channels.
- Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification or forfeit any rights to claim the prize afterwards.
- Only the main grand prize includes flights, unless stated. The remaining prizes exclude flights and travel costs, which are to be borne by the winner, unless stated. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
- The winner is also personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any applicable local/withholding tax liabilities that may be incurred in claiming or using the prize.
- Prizes are subject to availability and blackout periods will apply. Prizes can only include rooms listed on the Avani Hotels & Resorts’ website at the time of booking.
- The hotel(s) and length(s) of stay for each prize are as indicated on the voucher or on the official website.
- Prizes are valid for two (2) people on a bed and breakfast basis only (unless otherwise stated). All other charges must be paid for by the Winner.
- Prizes are valid for twelve (12) months from issuing date as stated on prize documentation, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Avani Hotels & Resorts’ decisions on all matters related to the competition will be final, including the judges’ decisions. Further correspondence will not be entered into.
- By providing personal details such as name and email, Entrants allow Avani Hotels & Resorts to contact Entrants with news, updates, offers and more.
