- Proof of Thai residency is required upon check-in. Accepted documents include below lists.
- Thai National ID Card
- Thai Driver License
- Thailand Privilege Card (Elite Card) — 5, 10, 15, or 20-year membership
- LTR Visa (Long-Term Resident Visa)
- Non-Immigrant ED Visa (Education Visa — Parents of School Children)
- Non-Immigrant OA / OX Visa (Retirement Visa)
- Non-Immigrant O Visa (Marriage / Family Visa) with Annual Extension
- SMART Visa
- Any Valid Non-Immigrant Visa with at least 6 Months Remaining
- In the event that proof of Thai residency cannot be presented, the resort reserves the right to apply the Flexible Rate.
- Kids under 4 years stay for free when using existing bed
- The rate is subject to a 10% service charge, 7% government tax, and applicable local or provincial taxes.
- The rates quoted are per night, include discounts, and are subject to seasonal variations and change without prior notice.
