The Bistro & Bar (formerly Cypress Lakes Bistro & Bar) keeps things easy, whatever the hour. Start the day with a buffet breakfast, enjoy the best casual lunch enjoying our pool cabanas, and end with a relaxed dinner and something cold in hand.

As the day winds down, the bar picks up. Live entertainment, a social crowd and a menu that covers everything from burgers and salads to something more substantial. It's the kind of place worth settling into rather than rushing through.
