Excellent and sophisticated really enjoy everything about the place. Rooms always clean, friendly and helpful staff.

I found the Staff at the hotel to be very lacking in customer service. They had this don't care attitude about customer satisfaction. I was allocated an old room with a falling apart cabinet and couch. Took FOREVER to get the room changed.
