Open daily from 07:00–22:00, AVANI STRONG brings together high-energy training, sport and recovery in one dynamic space. Take on our Ninja Warrior-inspired fitness zone, challenge your strength, agility and endurance, or switch things up with a game of padel. When it’s time to recover, cool down with an invigorating ice bath.

Whether you’re training with purpose, trying something new or simply looking for a different way to stay active, AVANI STRONG is your space to challenge your limits.

AVANI PADEL

Launching on 1 September 2026, our professional padel court will introduce a new way to play, connect and compete in Khao Lak. Whether you're a first-time player or a seasoned enthusiast, step onto the court and make your game part of your getaway.
