Avani Metropolis is my go-to now for visits to Auckland. Convenient location, gorgeous views over the harbour, and the kind of facilities I actually like and use in a hotel - spa pools (2!), heated swimming pool, a sauna and gym. Comfy beds and I always sleep well when I stay. Big fan! Thanks to Aga and Ethan. Great staff and efficient check-in and out.l process. Keep up the great work! See you next time :-)

Stayed for 3 nights. Price is really reasonable. Our room had a kitchenette. Oven needed cleaning, and there was a smell when using and no tray to put your food on to heat up. Outside of that the hotel was very clean and so comfortable with a lounge and dining table. The decor and bathroom are dated but extremely clean and comfortable. Really central location and on the next corner is a great place for breakfast called Scarecrow. We mostly stay at 5 star hotels but decided to give this one a try to experience another end of the city. Staff are lovely and would definitely stay again

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Avani Metropolis Auckland Residences. Our apartment was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with spectacular views of Auckland that made our stay even more memorable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location in Auckland’s Central Business District simply couldn’t be better. With restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the waterfront all within easy reach, it was the perfect home base for exploring everything this wonderful city has to offer. Overall, our experience was outstanding in every respect. The combination of spacious accommodations, breathtaking views, excellent service, and an unbeatable location made this a true five-star experience. We would absolutely stay at the Avani Metropolis again on our next visit to Auckland and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay!
