Inclusions

• One Sully's Rooftop dining and bar credit to the value of $50, applied to the room account at check-in. Valid for use at Sully's Rooftop only, during the guest's confirmed stay dates. Any unused credit at time of checkout is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of value.
• Complimentary self-parking for one vehicle for the duration of stay. Parking is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that parking cannot be accommodated, the hotel will arrange an equivalent alternative.
• 12pm late checkout, subject to operational availability. Noted on the reservation automatically

• Additional adults and children do not attract an additional charge under this upsell. All inclusions are per-room benefits.
• The Sully's Rooftop credit, parking entitlement, and late checkout are per-room benefits and are not duplicated or increased for additional guests.

Cancellation and refund

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the upsell amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Early departures do not attract a refund. Any unused Sully's Rooftop credit is forfeited on departure.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
