Offer validity

• This offer is available for stays at Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2026.
• The package must be selected at the time of reservation. Additional guest amendments may be made in accordance with the package terms.
• Available on Junior Suite and Suite room categories only. Not available on standard room categories.

Minimum stay

A minimum stay of two consecutive nights is required.

Inclusions

• One bottle of rosé, pre-chilled and placed in-room prior to guest arrival. The hotel selects the rosé. Requests for a non-alcoholic alternative must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. No cash substitute is available.
• Turndown on the first night of stay only featuring a locally crafted dessert valued at $20 for sharing, delivered to the room. This inclusion does not repeat on subsequent nights and will revert to the standard suite turndown offering from night two onwards.
• Daily a la carte breakfast for the base room occupancy of two adults, served during restaurant breakfast hours.
• 12pm late checkout, subject to operational availability. Noted on the reservation automatically and does not need to be requested at check-in.

Additional guests

• Additional adults are not permitted on this package. This offer is designed for two guests only.
• Children under 12 years are charged at $25 per child per night. Inclusion is daily breakfast (children's menu or half portion) only.
• Rose, turndown dessert, and late checkout are room-based inclusions and are not extended or duplicated for additional guests.
• Maximum room occupancy as per the applicable room category applies.

Restrictions

• Offer benefits may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or package, or exchanged for cash or other services.
• The DISCOVERY member discount is not applicable to this offer.
• This offer is non-transferable.
• Inclusions are not exchangeable for alternative products or services unless otherwise agreed in writing by hotel management.

Cancellation and refund

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the upsell amount.
• Cancellations or room category downgrades made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Early departures do not attract a refund for unused nights.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
