Terms & Conditions
• Only dogs and cats are allowed. A maximum of two pets (up to 35 kg each) are permitted per Deluxe Room.
• A nightly fee of THB 500++ per pet applies. This does not include any potential damage or deep-cleaning charges.
• All pets must be vaccinated, parasite-free, non-aggressive, and well-socialised.
• Dogs may not be left unattended in Pet-friendly rooms, except during main mealtimes. Cats may be left alone, but owners must ensure appropriate behaviour during their absence.
• An additional deposit may be required from guests travelling with pets to cover any potential damage to Pet-friendly rooms.
• Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in designated bins.
• Housekeeping will not enter rooms where pets are left unattended.
• Pets must be leashed (maximum 6 feet) or kept in a carrier or stroller when outside the room.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool, spa, gym, or bar. Access to designated areas and certain restaurants is allowed only when contained in a carrier or stroller.
• Service dogs are permitted all areas of the hotel.
• Owners are fully liable for any damage, disturbance, or injury caused by their pets.
• The hotel will not be held responsible for any injury sustained by pets while on the premises.
• By bringing a pet to the hotel, the guest confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions of the hotel's pet policy.
