Not meet expectations
- Good services from overall teams. And great location! - Cleanliness should be improved immediately. There are dusts everywhere inside the rooms. - We are very loyal guests since Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok. But when changed to Avani, Ratchada Hotel doesn't even meet the standards of Avani nor Accor!!
New favorite Bangkok hotel.
Central location right next to MRT. Clean and comfortable rooms.
