이용약관
• Only dogs and cats are allowed. Please contact us for more information on whether other types of pets are permitted.
• Pets are allowed to stay only in the Deluxe or Junior Suite room types.
• A maximum of two (2) dogs or cats are allowed in each pet-friendly room at any one time.
• Dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum weight limit of 35 kg per pet. Pets up to 15 kg are considered small-sized, while those between 16 kg and 35 kg are classified as large-sized.
• Pets should be non-aggressive and well-socialised with other animals and people.
• Guests must bring up-to-date vaccination certificates for their pets. Dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated and free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites.
• Guests are responsible for obtaining the required import documentation, vaccines and other necessary paperwork before bringing their pets into Thailand. Please contact us for more details.
• Guests are responsible for organising their pet’s crate whenever needed.
• Dogs or cats in heat, or those that are pregnant, are not allowed in our hotel.
• Pets should not be aggressive and be well socialized with other animals as well as people. The Hotel shall reserve the right to warn and/or ask owners to remove their pet from the public areas / guest rooms in case of unruly behaviour.
• Guests should bring their own pet food. While food and snacks are available at our hotels, they will only be provided to pets upon request and with prior approval from their owner.
• Dogs and cats are not allowed in the pool, spa, gym, or bar. They may access designated areas while on a leash and are welcome at One Ratchada Restaurant and Nan Yuan Chinese Restaurant only if safely contained in a carrier or pet stroller/cart. Service dogs are permitted in all areas of the hotel.
• Pet owners are responsible to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of any waste in the provided dedicated bins.
• Dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the guest rooms except during main mealtimes. Cats can be left alone in guest rooms, but owners must ensure proper behaviour during their absence.
• An additional deposit may be required from guests travelling with pets to cover any potential damage to guest rooms.
• The rate quoted is per room per night, including discount, and is subject to seasonal variations, cancellation policy and change without notice.
• Any other information as deemed necessary by the hotel and local regulation obligations.
