Promotional Offer 1 – Avani Cypress Lakes Resort Wedding Offer (Promotion 1)

1. Promotional Period

This Promotion 1 commences at 16:00 AEST on 1 October 2026 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 March 2028 (Promotion Period 1).

This Promotion 1 is applicable for new wedding event bookings (such as a wedding reception and/or ceremony) made at Avani Cypress Lakes Resort during the Promotion Period 1 and held between 1 October 2026 and 31 March 2028.

A new wedding event booking is defined as any bona fide wedding event booking which is made during the Promotion Period 1, which is not:

• an existing event booking;
• a variation, amendment, change, or otherwise for any existing event booking;
• an existing event booking which is cancelled and rebooked (whether by the same or a related entity); and/or
• an event booking which is substantially similar in event details (including date, venue, client, or purpose) to any existing booking.

All wedding events must be booked during the Promotion Period 1 through our events team directly.

2. Promotion Offer

This Promotion 1 includes the following offers:

a) Offer 1 - Receive a complimentary five (5) nights accommodation voucher for up to two (2) persons at any Minor Hotels property in Australia or New Zealand when you book a new wedding event booking at Avani Cypress Lakes Resort, subject to a minimum spend of AUD $20,000.00 and the conditions set out below;

OR

b) Offer 2 - Receive a complimentary five (5) nights accommodation voucher for up to two (2) persons which can be used at one of the following Minor Hotels properties in Thailand:

1. Avani+ Hua Hin Resort;
2. Avani Pattaya Resort;
3. Avani+ Khao Lak Resort;
4. NH Collection Samui Peace Resort; or
5. Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel,

when you book a new wedding event booking at Avani Cypress Lakes Resort, subject to a minimum spend of AUD $35,000.00 and the conditions set out below.

The minimum spend requirement will be calculated by reference to the total accommodation and food and beverage spend associated with the wedding event booking exclusive of GST. The total accommodation spend may include accommodation booked and paid for directly by wedding guests, provided such bookings form part of the wedding event booking, and need not be charged to the master account.

3. Complimentary accommodation voucher issuance and redemption

To qualify for the respective complimentary accommodation voucher, the wedding event booking must be fully paid and meet the applicable minimum spend requirement for the relevant offer.

Following the event booking and receipt of full payment, Avani Cypress Lakes Resort will arrange for the complimentary accommodation voucher to be issued.

The complimentary accommodation voucher is subject to the following conditions:

• The accommodation voucher is valid for one (1) complimentary stay of five (5) consecutive nights’ accommodation for up to two (2) guests.
• The accommodation voucher must be redeemed in a single booking at one Minor Hotels property and cannot be split across multiple properties, bookings, or travel dates.
• The accommodation voucher is valid for up to eighteen (18) months from the wedding event booking and will not be extended under any circumstances unless required by law.
• For Offer 1, the accommodation voucher can be used at any Minor Hotels property in Australia and New Zealand. To view available locations, see https://www.minorhotels.com/en/destinations/australia .
• For Offer 2, the accommodation voucher will be issued for one of the listed Minor Hotels properties in Thailand. Once issued, the selected Minor Hotels property cannot be changed.
• The accommodation voucher can be used for lead-in room types only, with room upgrades subject to availability and additional charges.
• To make a booking with the accommodation voucher, please contact our Central Reservations Office, see https://www.minorhotels.com/en/reservations-offices for the relevant contact information, otherwise, refer to the accommodation voucher.
• Room servicing will be provided on the third day of the stay, and upon departure only.
• Any booking with the accommodation voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking (and blackout dates may apply), and the accommodation voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or packages.

• If a confirmed booking requires amendment, it will be subject to our booking terms and conditions and charges may apply.
• The accommodation voucher is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or exchanged.
• The accommodation voucher covers accommodation only. Meals, beverages, transportation, incidentals, taxes, service charges, and any other expenses are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Minor Hotels Australasia Limited and any of its related entities are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of the accommodation voucher and reserve the right to refuse redemption or cancel a booking made using the accommodation voucher where there has been a breach of these terms or suspected unauthorised use. Please note a replacement accommodation voucher will not be issued in any circumstances.

4. Payment conditions

Relevant payment conditions, including a detailed payment schedule, will be outlined in the event contract provided upon booking the wedding event.

Promotional Offer 2 – Avani Cypress Lakes Resort MICE Offer (Promotion 2)

1. Promotional Period

This Promotion 2 commences at 16:00 AEST on 1 October 2026 and automatically concludes at 23:59 AEST on 31 December 2026 (Promotional Period 2).

This offer is applicable for new MICE event bookings made at Avani Cypress Lakes Resort during the Promotion Period 2 and held between 1 October 2026 and 30 June 2027.

A new MICE event booking is defined as any bona fide MICE event booking which is made during the Promotion Period 2, which is not:

• an existing event booking;
• a variation, amendment, change, or otherwise for any existing event booking;
• an existing event booking which is cancelled and rebooked (whether by the same or a related entity); and/or
• an event booking which is substantially similar in event details (including date, venue, client, or purpose) to any existing booking.

All MICE events must be booked during the Promotion Period 2 through our events team directly.

2. Promotion Offer

This Promotion includes the following offer:

Receive a ten (10) percent discount on the MICE event booking value quotation for all services and accommodation provided by Avani Cypress Lakes Resort.

Please note the above discount expressly excludes any services provided by third party suppliers such as AV, theming, photography etc.).

3. Payment conditions

Relevant payment conditions, including a detailed payment schedule, will be outlined in the event contract provided upon booking the MICE event.

General Promotion Terms

These general promotion terms apply to Promotion 1 and Promotion 2.

Additional charges may apply for any extra tables or custom setups required to meet your specific needs.

Registered Professional Event Organisers are eligible for commissionable rates on wedding or corporate events and managed event accommodation group bookings when booked directly through the venue events team.

All events must be booked during the applicable promotion period set out above through:

• our onsite venue events team directly.

The promotions/offers are subject to availability at time of booking (and blackout dates may apply which can be notified to you via email or by contacting our events team). Further, the promotions/offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and are non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

The promotions/offers are subject to any further Terms and Conditions as included in the event contract provided upon booking an event.

This Promotion and any associated terms and conditions may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion at any time, however, existing bookings will be honoured, unless there is a mistake, in which case, we reserve the right to refund or cancel any booking.
