Avani Mooloolaba Bliss for Bump Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. These terms and conditions of participation apply to the Bliss for Bump package (‘Promotion’) and participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms (‘Terms’).
2. The promoter is KPAT Mooloolaba Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 83 664 591 833) trading as Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel, 10 Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba, Queensland 4557 (‘Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel’).
3. The Promotion continues until withdrawn by Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel (‘Promotion Period’).
4. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these Terms will prevail.
5. The Promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
6. The Promotion is available for stays at Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel during the Promotion Period, in an Ocean King Room only, subject to availability and the Blackout Dates listed in Schedule B (‘Eligible Stays’).
7. Eligible Stays are a minimum of two (2) consecutive nights with arrival on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
8. The Promotion includes the following per booking, for two (2) guests, subject to these Terms:
   1. accommodation in an Ocean King Room for the nights booked;
   2. breakfast for two (2) guests on each morning of the stay;
   3. one (1) sixty (60) minute Mother-to-Be Ritual at AvaniSpa for the expectant guest;
   4. one (1) sixty (60) minute Mooloolaba Melt massage at AvaniSpa for the accompanying guest;
   5. mocktails and a sweet plate delivered to the room on arrival; and
   6. checkout at 12pm on the day of departure, subject to operational availability.
9. At least one (1) guest must be between twelve (12) and thirty two (32) weeks pregnant on each date of the stay. AvaniSpa is unable to provide pregnancy treatments during the first trimester or after thirty two (32) weeks. Where a guest falls outside this range, an alternative AvaniSpa treatment of equivalent menu value will be offered in its place. No refund or cash alternative is available.
10. Package rates and the applicable Friday and Saturday night surcharges are set out in Schedule A. The demand period applying to a stay is determined by the arrival date.
11. The Promotion is not eligible for the Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member discount. This exclusion is displayed at the point of booking.
12. General Promotion terms apply as follows:
    1. The package rate is per booking for two (2) guests, is based on a two (2) night stay, includes all taxes and is subject to seasonal variation and change without notice.
    2. Bookings must be made at least seven (7) days before the arrival date, directly with Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel by calling +61 7 5239 2990 or online at www.avanihotels.com.
    3. AvaniSpa treatment times must be selected at the time of reservation and are subject to AvaniSpa availability and operating hours. Treatments are redeemable once per stay and are not available for redemption after departure. A missed appointment is forfeited.
    4. A maximum of two (2) packages are available per arrival date.
    5. Additional nights may be booked at the rate available at the time of booking. All inclusions other than accommodation and breakfast apply once per stay and are not repeated for additional nights.
    6. Additional adults are not permitted. Children under twelve (12) years are charged at $25 per child per night and the only inclusion is daily breakfast from the children’s menu or a half portion. Maximum room occupancy as per the applicable room category applies.
    7. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up until 48 hours before the 3pm check in time on the day of arrival. Changes or cancellations made after this time will be charged one night’s accommodation plus the full menu value of the AvaniSpa treatments included in the package.
    8. No shows will be charged one night’s accommodation plus the full menu value of the AvaniSpa treatments included in the package.
    9. No refund is provided for unused nights or unused inclusions where a guest departs before the end of the booked stay.
    10. A valid credit card in the guest’s name is required at booking and check in. A pre authorisation may be taken on arrival for incidentals.
    11. Inclusions are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and no substitutions are available unless otherwise agreed in writing by hotel management.
    12. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or package.
    13. Images used in connection with this Promotion are for illustrative purposes only and may not be reflective of the inclusions provided.
    14. All stays are subject to availability and the Blackout Dates in Schedule B. Blackout dates may also be confirmed by calling Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel on +61 7 5239 2990.
13. Personal information collected for the purpose of this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Avani Hotels & Resorts Privacy Policy, available at www.avanihotels.com/en/privacy-policy.
14. This Promotion and these Terms may be changed or withdrawn in their entirety at our discretion, at any time, without notice.
15. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the guest may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Schedule A: Package Rates

Peak Demand applies to Queensland and New South Wales school holiday periods, all public holiday long weekends, and 1 September to 31 October each year. Low Demand applies to all other dates. The demand period is determined by the arrival date. Rates correct as at 7 October 2026.

Schedule B: Blackout Dates

Blackout dates correct as at 7 October 2026.
