Spring Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This “Spring Sale”* Promotion commences at:

(a) For Avani DISCOVERY members (pursuant to clause 3), at 16.00 AEST on 5 September 2024 ; and

  (b) For general public at 16.00 AEST on 9 September 2024, and automatically concludes at 16.00 AEST 27 September 2024 (Promotion Period). 

This Promotion Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 9 September 2024 until 31 January 2025. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.avanihotels.com/en

2. Promotion Offer

This “Spring Sale” Promotion Offer is: 

(a) 20% discount off the Best Available Rate to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A (Promotion Offer);

(b) an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Avani DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us (subject to clause 3); and

(c) a minimum stay of two (2) nights will apply for this Promotion.   

3. Early access for Avani DISCOVERY members offers

This Promotion Offer may be accessed early, from 16.00pm AEST on 5 September 2024, by Avani DISCOVERY members.

4. General Promotion Terms

• Above rate includes all taxes.
• The rate quoted is per room per night, including maximum discount, and is subject to seasonal variations, a booking policy and change without notice.
• Rate is based on recent currency exchange data. The rate indicated on your confirmation is in the official hotel currency and will be charged at that rate on check out.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or package, and is non exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
