THINGS TO KNOW
- Please arrive five minutes before your reservation. If your arrival is delayed, course counseling may be canceled or spa service time may be shortened for the next reservation customers
- To avoid losing your jewellery, we recommend you keep it safely in your guest room.
- Let us know if something comes up and you can’t make your treatment. All therapy courses can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge. No-show appointments will be charged 100%.
- For your health and comfort, please don’t sunbathe after aromatherapy treatments.
- Our spa’s aroma is fresh and exotic, so kindly refrain from smoking.
- Please remember to arrive on time to enjoy every blissful moment of your treatment.
