Offer validity

• This offer is available for stays at Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel until withdrawn by the hotel.
• The package must be booked at the time of reservation and at least 7 days before the arrival date.
• Available on the Ocean King Room category only.
• Arrival must be on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
• A maximum of two packages are available per arrival date.
• Blackout dates apply: 24 December 2026 to 2 January 2027, 26 March 2027 to 29 March 2027 (Easter long weekend), and 24 December 2027 to 2 January 2028.

Minimum stay

• A minimum stay of two consecutive nights is required.

Rates and surcharges

• The package rate is per booking for two guests, is based on a two night stay and includes all taxes.
• Low Demand rate from $1,099 per booking. Peak Demand rate from $1,599 per booking.
• A surcharge of $150 per night applies to Friday and Saturday nights in Low Demand, and $200 per night in Peak Demand.
• Peak Demand applies to Queensland and New South Wales school holiday periods, all public holiday long weekends, and 1 September to 31 October each year. Low Demand applies to all other dates. The demand period is determined by the arrival date.
• Rates are subject to seasonal variation and change without notice.
• Additional nights may be booked at the rate available at the time of booking. All inclusions other than accommodation and breakfast apply once per stay.

Inclusions

• Accommodation in an Ocean King Room for two guests for the nights booked.
• Breakfast for two guests on each morning of the stay, served during restaurant breakfast hours.
• One 60 minute Mother-to-Be Ritual at AvaniSpa for the expectant guest.
• One 60 minute Mooloolaba Melt massage at AvaniSpa for the accompanying guest.
• Treatment times must be selected at the time of reservation and are subject to AvaniSpa availability and operating hours. Treatments are redeemable once per stay and are not available after departure.
• Mocktails and a sweet plate delivered to the room on arrival. Dietary requirements must be advised at least 72 hours before arrival.
• 12pm checkout, subject to operational availability. Noted on the reservation automatically.

Pregnancy eligibility

• At least one guest must be between 12 and 32 weeks pregnant on each date of the stay.
• AvaniSpa is unable to provide pregnancy treatments during the first trimester or after 32 weeks.
• Where a guest falls outside this range, an alternative AvaniSpa treatment of equivalent menu value will be offered in its place. No refund or cash alternative is available.

Additional guests

• Additional adults are not permitted. This offer is designed for two guests.
• Children under 12 years are charged at $25 per child per night. The only inclusion is daily breakfast (children's menu or half portion).
• Spa treatments, the arrival amenity and late checkout are room and booking based inclusions and are not extended or duplicated for additional guests.
• Maximum room occupancy as per the applicable room category applies.

Restrictions

• Offer benefits may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or package, or exchanged for cash or other services.
• The DISCOVERY member discount is not applicable to this offer.
• This offer is non-transferable.
• Inclusions are not exchangeable for alternative products or services unless otherwise agreed in writing by hotel management.
• Images used in connection with this offer are for illustrative purposes only and may not be reflective of the inclusions provided.

Cancellation and refund

• Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the 3pm check in time on the day of arrival.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are charged one night's accommodation plus the full AvaniSpa menu value of the treatments included in the package.
• No-shows are charged one night's accommodation plus the full AvaniSpa menu value of the treatments included in the package.
• A missed AvaniSpa appointment is forfeited and is not refundable or rebookable after departure.
• Early departures do not attract a refund for unused nights or unused inclusions.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

General

• Rates and inclusions are subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice.
• Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice, subject to existing confirmed bookings being honoured.
