Offer validity

• This offer is available for stays at Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2026.
• The package must be selected at the time of reservation. Additional guest amendments may be made in accordance with the package terms.
• Available on all standard room categories. Not available on suite room categories

Minimum stay

• A minimum stay of two consecutive nights is required to be eligible for this offer.

Inclusions

• Two welcome cocktails served on arrival per booking. Cocktail selection is at the hotel's discretion. This is a one-time inclusion per booking, not per night.
• Daily a la carte breakfast for the base room occupancy of two guests, served during restaurant breakfast hours.
• One cheese and antipasti flight at the Lobby Bar with two standard beverage serves (sparkling wine, still wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage). Redeemable once per stay. Guests must arrange timing with reception. Subject to Lobby Bar operating hours.
• A daily minibar credit of $30 per room per night for base occupancy (two guests), applied to the in-room minibar. Credit does not accumulate across nights. Unused credit at midnight each night is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of value.

Additional guests

• Additional adults beyond the base two-guest inclusion are charged at $100 per adult per night. Inclusions for additional adults are: daily breakfast and one cocktail on arrival (one-off per stay only).
• Children under 12 years are charged at $25 per child per night. Inclusion is daily breakfast (children's menu or half portion) only.
• The daily minibar credit is increased by $15 per night for each additional adult booked. The minibar credit is not increased for children.
• Maximum room occupancy as per the applicable room category applies.

Restrictions

• Offer benefits may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or package, or exchanged for cash or other services.
• The DISCOVERY member discount is not applicable to this offer.
• This offer is non-transferable.
• Inclusions are not exchangeable for alternative products or services unless otherwise agreed in writing by hotel management.

Cancellation and refund

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the upsell amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Early departures do not attract a refund for unused nights.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

• Rates and inclusions are subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice.
• Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice, subject to existing confirmed bookings being honoured.
• The hotel, facilities, and dining are subject to government regulations and restrictions in force at the time of stay.
