I was disappointed by dinner here. The staff were very pleasant and the regular and special delivery conveyor belts were intriguing, and I liked the self service hot water tap at the table for refillable matcha. However,the nigiri sushi itself was uninspiring. As another reviewer mentioned, the rice was not packed well so. It didn’t hold together. Both the rice and the fish seemed dry and under-seasoned. I was expecting more from what was supposed to be a respected Japanese chain. I would not be inclined to return when I can get much better sushi at home in Canada.

The room odor smells like mold, could be from the humidity and AC running. The shower door leak water lot out to the door of bedroom, every time after shower.
