There are a number of obstacles along the way on the trail, including hurdles, monkey bars and a climbing wall.
Two workout stations have been placed at points along the trail to incorporate some resistance training into the activity. The first workout station has a pull up bar, dip station, Olympic rings, lever flip and tyre pull.
The second workout station has battle ropes, push up station, abs station and TRX suspension training.
Equipment at the workout stations has been made with natural elements (wooden frames, etc) in order to fit in with the natural beauty of the resort.
