Stay on the trail or challenge yourself with obstacles along the way.

Two workout stations incorporate resistance training into the track. Push yourself with pull-up bar, dip station, Olympic rings, lever flip and tyre pull.
Keep your heart rate high with battle ropes, a push-up station, abs station and TRX suspension training. Our natural workout stations make use of local materials to fit in with the beauty of the resort.
