Flames crackle. Drums thrum through the night. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday the Boma returns with sizzling meats and shared celebration between locals and visitors under the open sky.

Connect with Zambian village culture as you sit around the fire. Delve into rich local delicacies over four Pan African courses. Watch the Ngoni dancers light up the darkness. Enjoy an evening of storytelling, culture and regional recipes sizzling on the grill by the Zambezi River.
