Enjoyed overall service from welcome to departure. The beautiful scenery, excellent service, enjoyed the meals and drinks. They have a well serviced gym and swimming pool, well kept and tidy rooms. The WiFi connection is very good not forgetting the nice live performance on Fridays.

Our stay at AVANI Victoria Falls Resort in Livingstone, Zambia, was nothing short of extraordinary. What began as a joint birthday getaway for two best friends became an unforgettable celebration filled with adventure, laughter, breathtaking scenery, remarkable wildlife encounters, and exceptional hospitality. A special spotlight belongs to Ritah, our phenomenal Guest Services Guru! Her warmth, kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine intentionality made our experience truly remarkable. Ritah went above and beyond to help us identify meaningful activities, anticipate our needs, and ensure our birthday celebration was memorable. She doesn't simply provide guest services, she creates extraordinary experiences and lasting memories! Her thoughtfulness and commitment to excellence are invaluable assets to AVANI. One of our most treasured experiences was the five-course candlelit dinner at the Lunar Rainbow View overlooking Victoria Falls. The spectacular setting, delicious cuisine, and attentive service from Victoria, Godfrey, Alfredo, and Feslitus made for an exceptional evening celebrating life and friendship. Feslitus is an amazing chef with extraordinary skills. Her talents should be highlighted! Another unforgettable highlight was exploring the resort grounds with Gabriel and Patrick, who generously shared their knowledge and introduced us to the resident giraffes, Bob, Covid, and Junior! Encountering zebras, vervet monkeys, mongoose, monitor lizards, baby crocodiles, and impala added excitement, wonder, and countless smiles to our adventure. What an extraordinary experience to enjoy such magnificent wildlife right on the property. Our accommodations were comfortable and inviting, with thoughtful birthday decorations, small gifts, and personalized touches that made us feel genuinely celebrated. Special appreciation to Memory and Missole for their exceptional service, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring our comfort. We also extend gratitude to Manager David, whose leadership contributes to the welcoming atmosphere and culture of the resort. What makes AVANI truly special is its distinctive character, natural beauty, and, most importantly, its people. Increase the number of pressing irons to lessen the waiting time, if possible. Otherwise everthing else was top notch. I am looking forward to coming back
