L'Avani+ Koh Lanta Krabi Resort se trouve à 77 kilomètres de l'aéroport international de Krabi, soit un trajet de deux heures en voiture (et le trajet est particulièrement pittoresque) comprenant une traversée en ferry local pour se rendre sur l'île. Une fois que vous aurez traversé l'eau, vous rejoindrez l'hôtel en 15 minutes de route.
Pour un trajet plus rapide, vous pouvez vous rendre sur l'île en hors-bord privé ou pour un itinéraire plus aventureux, prenez le ferry de la ville de Krabi à la jetée de Saladan, un trajet de plus de deux heures sur les eaux super bleues de la baie de Phang Nga.
