Great location. Walking distance to the Riverside, and markets. Very peaceful environment with greenery and pools. Staff is very polite and Neat was very professional in arranging our tours and transportation with taxi and Tuktuk. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the city and various temples.

Our stay at FCC Angkor was perfectly relaxing, with gorgeous landscaping that made the whole property feel like a peaceful oasis. The staff was incredible and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. A special thank you to Leakna, whose kindness and personal touch made our stay even more memorable. We felt genuinely cared for and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. We would absolutely love to return!

On our last evening, as on every evening, we took a tuk-tuk from outside the hotel. However, on this occasion, we inadvertently handed over Thai baht instead of Cambodian riel. The driver clearly knew, advising that the difference in appearance was simply old notes versus new, and readily accepted the money. Having realised our mistake and later returning to the hotel, we told the night team what had happened so they could warn other guests. We also happened to show them a photo we'd taken of our family in the tuk-tuk. May asked for a copy of the photo. Within half an hour May had tracked down the driver through his network of friends and the money was returned to us that same night. It is heartwarming that May cared so much about his guests and the reputation of the hotel, turning what could have been a sour memory into a highly positive one. Thank you, May. We loved FCC Angkor before, but you added something extra special. Tip for other travelers: Check your notes carefully before paying. To the untrained eye, Cambodian riel and Thai baht can look similar, but they are worth very different amounts.
