BEACH CLEANING
Together with University Malaysia of Computer Science & Engineering (UNIMY), Majlis Perbandaran Sepang, HL Dragon Fruit Eco Farm, Lions Clubs International, Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat, and SMK Sungai Pelek, the Avani Sepang team carried out beach cleaning initiatives to restore and protect our coastal surroundings, showcasing the strength of community collaboration in environmental stewardship.
GREEN CHOICE PROGRAM
We encourage our guests to participate in our energy-saving efforts through the Green Choice Program. Guests can opt to minimize housekeeping services during their stay, reducing the need for vacuuming, laundry, and other energy-intensive activities. This initiative not only saves energy but also empowers our guests to be active partners in our sustainability journey.
RESORT-WIDE LED LIGHTING ADOPTION
To reduce electricity consumption, we have replaced conventional lighting with LED technology throughout the resort. LED lights offer superior energy efficiency, consuming up to 75% less energy and lasting 25 times longer than incandescent lighting.
TINTED WINDOWS
At Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort, tinted windows play a vital role in our sustainability efforts by reducing energy consumption, enhancing guest comfort, and protecting against UV radiation. These windows minimize heat and sunlight entry, lowering air conditioning needs and promoting energy conservation. They also improve indoor comfort by controlling temperature and reducing glare, while preserving interior furnishings from UV damage.
MARINE - GRADE SPUN PILES

DOLLAR FOR DEEDS
Protecting Malaysia’s Coastal Wildlife: Asian River Otters & Silvered Langurs
At Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort, we believe in giving back to the environment that surrounds us. Through our Dollar for Deeds programme, in partnership with Junglewalla, we are committed to supporting the conservation of Asian River Otters and Silvered Langurs, two incredible species that call Malaysia’s coastal and mangrove ecosystems home.
By opting into Dollar for Deeds, our guests contribute RM5 per night, which Avani Sepang matches ringgit-for-ringgit. These funds directly support conservation efforts, research, habitat protection, and wildlife education initiatives to ensure these beautiful creatures continue to thrive.
